We collect your name and email when you sign up for our newsletter.
We collect your name, postcode, email or phone number when you place an order with us at the online shop or via email.
We collect your name, full address, email and phone number, and card details when you buy books, or gifts online. In case of posting to the gift receiver directly, their address is also collected. We may also collect the recipient’s date of birth in case of posting gifts.
Payments are handled by third-parties “PayPal” or “Square”. Payment details are encrypted on their system. We urge you to make yourself familiar with their privacy policy.
How we use the information we collect
When you sign up to our newsletter, we use your email to send our newsletter.
We use your personal information to process the order, take payment and fulfil the order you have placed with us. In case of posting to a gift receiver directly, we use their address to complete the order.
The lawful basis for using your information
We rely on your consent in relation to the newsletter subscription and all orders placed with us. We do not track or use this information for any other purpose.
Who we share your information with
We never share or sell your information with third parties for marketing purposes. When necessary to share your information to fulfil orders or send newsletters, we do so in a safe and secure manner that fulfil legal requirements. We may share your information with 3rd party providers:
